Come and meet our two experienced Yoga instructors and join one of our Yoga classes – held every Wednesday and Friday at 9.15am & 10.45am.
The 1 hour classes are suitable for all levels and abilities, working on relaxation techniques, stretching, breathing and flexibility to help improve your mind, strength, balance and posture and increase your overall feeling of calm and wellbeing
A yearly membership fee is payable and entitle you to one class per week.
